There's a chance they'll fall off while you wear your costume, so avoid gluing them to problem areas, like your seat, knees, elbows, or anywhere that's going to be bent or pushed on a lot.

Hit up the craft store for some lighter blue felt. Cut out an oval,and glue it on the shirt to mimic Toodee's pale blue belly. For the head, either buy a blue hat and glue felt eyes on it, or pick up an inexpensive cat costume set in white. Usually it's only ears and a tail, and you'll only need the ears. Using fabric dye, or even some blue food colouring, dye the ears pale blue. Now your costume is complete!
